Our 2+ week update

So we have been busy and I have been lazy on the photo uploads, so FINALLY am going to make an update post.  Lots has gone on since the kids are FINALLY better!  First we had friends in town! Went to the splash park, pool and regular park.  Then we had lots of play time.  Had to help Daddy hang curtains, went to a birthday party for a 5 year old and all Evin's friends were there. Played at the park with a kite!! And even started to get some birthday presents for Jax's birthday.  Evie and Jax have been super busy and having fun.

Happy 11 Months Jaxin

WOW, only one more month because I have a 1 year old.  I can't believe it!  Jax is growing like a weed!!  He was riding the Quad like a champ until I came outside and started to take a video.  This is the best I could get.

Animal Crazy!

Since both of my kids are Animal crazy, I thought it was appropriate to document this play time.  Evin brought several out of her room and then asked Mommy to help bring out the rest.  They played with them for over an hour!  It was a great afternoon yesterday!!  Oh and this are ONLY Evin's Animals.  Jaxin doesn't have nearly as many, but I would hate to see this mess if his were out too.

Oh, Jaxin!!

Well, the last 10 days have not been the best for me.  I have been sick and am not sleeping very well.  I thought with Matt being back home that I would sleep better because I won't wake at every noise.  The kiddos had other ideas for me.  The last 2 nights, Evin has woken up crying because she is wet (yep, peed in her diaper and freaked out). This would not be bad, IF she would just go back to sleep.  Nope, she is awake for 2ish hours.  Last night, Jaxin actually started it and had a "Mommy where are you" moment which lasted 20 mins.  Then Evin started her thing 10 min after that.  This mommy is tired.  Hopefully, tonight is better.  Oh and just to mention, Matt has been willing to help, but the kids just want Mommy.  Daddy will not do for them.  Ugg! 

Anyway, Jaxin was adorable cute on Friday.  In the time it took to boil water in my tea kettle, Jaxin played with everything possible.  The below pictures started on about item #3 and I thought maybe he was trying out future jobs.  Side note, I did not help him with anything.  He did them all on his own or with Evin's help.
